Nurse Practitioner โ€“ Occupational Medicine

Regional Occupational Care Center โ€“ Requisition #2595

Responsibilities

  • Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for individual patients
  • Provider will obtain detailed history from patients, perform physical examinations, and treat accordingly
  • Deliver high-quality adult and Adolescent care in collaboration with the in-office physician

Requirements & Skills

  • Board Certified
  • A Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
  • Licensed to practice in the State of Indiana.
  • Previous experience in Occupational Medicine is a plus!
  • DOT Medical Certification preferred or willingness to obtain
  • Strong clinical background, with a focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have excellent multitasking, organizational, and computer skills
