Jerry's Collision is a top Northern Virginia collision center and requires a full-time Body Shop Technician. We are a productive, customer-focused automotive body shop. We are a busy repair center, supplying repair services to many DRP Insurance companies.
As a Body Shop Technician, you will be responsible for repairing damaged body parts and bodies of vehicles following factory specifications.

  • Our Body Shop Technicians' pay range is from $20 - $24 flat rate with annual compensation of $80,000 - $120,000 based on your experience level and ability to complete repair orders quickly and accurately
  • 5-day work week. No Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays

Responsibilities
  • Complete all the work specified on the repair order
  • Identify and report any repairs needed to management, who will contact the customer or insurance company for approval. Once authorized, complete all required repairs
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Operate a variety of hand and power tools

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Must have own tools
  • Authorized to work in the USA
  • perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner
  • Must have prior automotive body shop technician experience
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Must pass a drug screen and background check
  • I-CAR certification is not required but is a plus
