Minuteman Press is looking for an experienced Print Production Specialist with 3–5 years of commercial print shop experience. We're seeking someone who can work independently, manage multiple jobs at once, and has hands-on experience with both digital printing and bindery equipment. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and become a key member of our production team.
Equipment You'll Operate
  • Konica Minolta Color Digital Press
  • Konica Minolta Black & White Digital Press
  • DTF printers
  • Multi-station heat press
Paper cutters, folders, booklet makers, laminators, and other bindery equipment
Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate digital printing equipment efficiently
  • Manage multiple jobs simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Perform quality control checks throughout production
  • Operate bindery equipment, including cutting, folding, laminating, booklet making, scoring, perforating, and finishing printed products
  • Package and prepare completed orders for pickup or delivery
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment and production issues
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of commercial print shop experience required
  • Previous bindery/finishing experience required
  • Experience operating digital production presses
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
