Sign Shop
Job Title: Sign/General Labor
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable Sign/Shop Tech to support daily shop operations. This role is responsible for fabricating signs, loading, and unloading trucks, and keeping the shop and yard clean, organized, and efficient.
Responsibilities:
  • Build and assemble signs using shop tools and materials
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
  • Organize and maintain shop and yard areas
  • Stage materials for jobs and deliveries
  • Assist with inventory and stocking supplies
  • Operate equipment such as forklifts (as trained)
  • Follow all safety procedures and support team operations

Requirements:
  • MUTCD, Flexi software experience is a plus
  • Experience in a shop, warehouse, or construction environment is a plus
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work
  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Forklift experience a plus (or willingness to learn)
