Overnight Transit Vinyl Installer with Wrap Experience

QC Signs & Graphics is a fast-growing sign and graphics company in Charlotte. QC Signs & Graphics is seeking an overnight transit vinyl installer with wrap experience to join our team. We are seeking a professional, self-motivated team player who will help us deliver excellence to our customers. Individual should be detail oriented, work well in a fast-paced team environment and able to change priorities as the situation requires. We seek someone who is self-confident, doesnt mind getting a little dirty and has a willingness to learn.

Minimum job duties
  • Vinyl or Wrap Experience, 3M or AD certified is a huge PLUS
  • Work with a lead installer on larger projects and independently or smaller installation projects
  • Work both on-site at customers locations as well at our production facility assisting with sign-making
  • Accurately keep track of electronic and paper records related to jobs
  • Learn new technologies, skills, and techniques to become a better installer and sign maker

Minimum qualifications

  • Experience laying vinyl graphics, and vehicle wraps to exacting standards
  • Experience installing signs or other related products
  • Construction and Power Tool Experience
  • Ability to Interpret drawings, layouts, and installation plans accurately and/or technical diagrams
  • Prior sign experience
  • Document installations with photos and required reports
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members
  • Ensure jobs are completed correctly the first time and minimize callbacks
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite
  • Able to speak and read English proficiently

Physical Demands
  • Must be able to climb a ladder while lifting signs
  • Must be willing to learn how to survey properties and install signs
  • Must be in good physical condition and can lift over 75 lbs.
