What you'll be doing:

Creative & Content Development

  • Ensure all marketing materials maintain consistent pre-defined brand standards, tone, and visual identity across all channels
  • Create, design, and adapt marketing materials including digital graphics, promotional assets, print collateral, signage, presentations, and branded merchandise
  • Design and develop email campaigns and supporting communication materials
  • Transform complex or lengthy information into visually engaging and easy-to-understand graphics and layouts
  • Create and publish engaging photo, video, and graphic content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Assist with photography and video capture, and support basic editing, animation, content creation

Digital Platforms & Social Media

  • Support day-to-day social media management including content scheduling, publishing, monitoring, and community engagement
  • Monitor comments, messages, reviews, and audience engagement, escalating customer inquiries where appropriate
  • Update website content, Google Business Profiles, and other digital platforms as required
  • Maintain and organize digital asset libraries, templates, campaign files, and creative resources to ensure assets remain accessible and up to date

Campaign & Project Coordination

  • Support with event setup, promotional materials, and marketing logistics when needed
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, print, retail, and event channels
  • Support project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and production schedules to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time
  • Coordinate campaign assets to ensure materials are created, approved, scheduled, and delivered according to project requirements
  • Assist with campaign briefs, promotional materials, presentations, recap reports, and marketing documentation
  • Coordinate with vendors, printers, media partners, and internal stakeholders as required

Reporting & Administrative Support

  • Track and organize marketing data, campaign results, and advertising expenses
  • Support monthly reporting and basic campaign performance analysis using available analytics tools
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering, and distribution of marketing and promotional materials
  • Provide general coordination and administrative support to the marketing team as needed
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

What we need from you:

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related role
  • Diploma, certificate, coursework, or demonstrated training in graphic design, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of graphic design principles including typography, layout, spacing, hierarchy, branding, and visual communication
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
  • Portfolio or samples demonstrating original graphic design work across digital, print, social, or marketing applications (school, freelance, volunteer, or professional work accepted)
  • Candidates should demonstrate the ability to create original branded designs and layouts, from start to finish, without relying on template-based editing alone
  • Experience creating or supporting content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or Stripo, including basic HTML editing, is considered an asset
  • Familiarity with WordPress or similar website content management systems is considered an asset
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write clear and engaging marketing content
  • High attention to detail with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to take initiative, manage priorities independently, and follow projects through to completion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Flexible and adaptable with the ability to shift between creative, administrative, and coordination responsibilities as business needs evolve

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar video editing and animation tools
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO principles, CASL requirements, and basic HTML/CSS
  • Photography, short-form video editing, or content creation experience is considered an asset
  • Experience within the automotive industry is considered an asset
