Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

*Design, develop, configure, and implement MES solutions using Siemens Opcenter Core / Camstar.
*Develop and maintain CIO/MIO maps, workflows, interfaces, and MES components.
*Lead site-level implementation activities for Camstar MES solutions.
*Analyze business and user requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
*Support troubleshooting, incident resolution, and production support activities.
*Collaborate with business users, manufacturing teams, and technical stakeholders to deliver MES solutions.
*Manage task allocation and coordinate development activities across team members.
*Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards, validation processes, and project delivery objectives.
*Participate in MES upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Technical/Functional Skills

*Experience managing MES programs within manufacturing domains, preferably using Siemens Camstar / Siemens Opcenter Core platforms.
*Proven experience with complete lifecycle implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
*Hands-on experience with Siemens Opcenter Core / Camstar Designer.
*Strong experience in Camstar Portal development.
*Experience designing and developing CIO/MIO maps, workflows, and MES configurations in Siemens Opcenter Core / Camstar.
*Understanding of COA, CIO, and MIO interface connectivity.
*Experience with MES integrations involving external systems such as ERP, LIMS, Equipment, HMI, and other manufacturing applications.
*Experience with Camstar upgrades and migration activities.
*Experience leading requirements definition and implementation of Factory Model within MES solutions.
*Knowledge of Azure Kubernetes and cloud-based manufacturing platforms.
*Strong experience supporting large, global MES implementations with ownership of delivery quality.
*Domain experience in Medical Devices and Pharma Manufacturing.
*Understanding of computer system validation (CSV) and manufacturing validation processes.
*Strong SQL knowledge and experience working with databases.
