As a Manufacturing Technician, you will leverage your mechanical aptitude, manufacturing expertise, and commitment to quality to assemble complex transformer components in a highly skilled production environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced manufacturing, assembly, industrial maintenance, electrical, or heavy equipment professionals looking to advance their careers with a global technology leader. Every day, you'll collaborate with skilled teammates, interpret technical documentation, use precision tools and equipment, and contribute to products that are essential to the future of energy.
How You'll Make an Impact
  • Assemble and manufacture large power transformer components according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards.
  • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, cranes, and specialized manufacturing equipment.
  • Perform detailed measurements, inspections, and quality checks to ensure product excellence.
  • Troubleshoot assembly issues and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Partner with engineering, quality, and production teams to support on-time delivery of critical customer projects.
  • Maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial assembly, electrical assembly, heavy equipment, fabrication, or a related skilled trade.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and technical drawings.
  • Experience using precision measuring devices and industrial tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a safety-focused manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with transformers, electrical equipment, power generation, heavy industrial manufacturing, or custom-built products strongly preferred.

  • Must be authorized to work in the US without need for sponsorship
