Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Siemens Product Manager in Draper, UT.
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Product Manager to lead the strategy, implementation, and ongoing evolution of critical Operational Technology (OT) platforms across manufacturing, warehousing, and supply chain operations. This role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring that digital manufacturing solutions deliver measurable business value and operational improvements.
The ideal candidate will oversee the deployment and adoption of the Siemens Digital Industries Software suite, including Opcenter, Technomatix, Mendix, WinCC Unified, and Insights Hub, while driving alignment between business objectives and technology capabilities across production environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own the product strategy and roadmap for manufacturing and operational technology platforms supporting production, quality, warehousing, and supply chain operations
* Lead the implementation and adoption of Siemens manufacturing software solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational requirements
* Partner with manufacturing, engineering, quality, warehousing, and supply chain leaders to understand challenges, prioritize initiatives, and translate business needs into technology solutions
* Manage the complete product lifecycle from discovery and planning through implementation, deployment, optimization, and retirement
* Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, operations, engineering, external vendors, and implementation partners to deliver successful outcomes
* Drive digital transformation initiatives that improve productivity, visibility, efficiency, quality, and operational performance across manufacturing facilities
* Facilitate Agile product management practices, including backlog
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related field
* 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Technology Management, Program Management, or related leadership roles
* Experience supporting manufacturing operations, industrial systems, supply chain technology, warehouse technology, MES, or Operational Technology (OT) environments
* Experience leading enterprise software implementations and managing technology roadmaps
* Experience managing vendors, implementation partners, and cross-functional project teams
* Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and product lifecycle management
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience leveraging data to drive decisions
* Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
* Proven ability to gather requirements, prioritize competing initiatives, and influence stakeholders across multiple business functions
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience implementing or supporting Siemens Digital Industries Software solutions, including: Opcenter; Technomatix; Mendix; WinCC Unified; Insights Hub
* Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SCADA, Industrial IoT, Digital Twins, Smart Factory initiatives, or Industry 4.0 technologies
* Experience driving organizational change and technology adoption within production environments
* Knowledge of manufacturing, quality, warehouse management, and supply chain business processes

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
