HR Compliance Analyst

Location: Tampa
Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 + Full Benefits

Are you an HR professional who thrives in compliance, employee relations, and workforce operations? We’re looking for a driven HR Compliance Analyst to join a growing organization where you’ll play a key role in supporting HR compliance, payroll compliance, HR operations, and employment law initiatives across a large workforce environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Ensure compliance with FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, OSHA, wage and hour laws, I-9 compliance, and E-Verify
  • Conduct HR audits involving employee records, payroll practices, and policy compliance
  • Support employee relations investigations and workplace compliance initiatives
  • Partner with HR, payroll, recruiting, and operations teams to improve HR processes
  • Track leave administration, training compliance, and workforce documentation
  • Analyze HR data, compliance trends, and workforce metrics to reduce organizational risk
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in HR compliance, HR operations, payroll compliance, employee relations, or HR generalist functions
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HRIS systems, payroll systems, and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in manufacturing, logistics, distribution, retail, or high-volume workforce environments preferred
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification is a plus
