TIG Welder - Tier 2
Location: Airway Heights, WA
Job Highlights

Shredfast, Inc. is seeking an experienced TIG Welder to join our fabrication team. We build the nation's leading mobile document disposal and data destruction vehicles, and we're looking for welders who take pride in precision and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:
  • TIG weld aluminum and stainless steel components
  • Perform fabrication tasks including cutting, grinding, and shaping
  • Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Inspect materials and monitor welds for accuracy and quality
  • Maintain equipment and a clean, safe work environment

Requirements
Requirements:
  • 2+ years TIG welding experience (or trade school equivalent)
  • Strong blueprint reading & shop math skills
  • Steady hand, attention to detail, and safety-minded
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work on ladders/vehicles
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen & background check
  • Reliable transportation required; must be 18 or older
  • Tools provided; forklift & crane training included

Salary Description
$21.50 to $24.50 hr. or depending on experience
