• Build and maintain your own strong book of bridal clients and long-term relationships
• Partner with merchandising to maintain an inspiring and elevated bridal showroom presentation

You are passionate about people, emotionally intelligent in high-stakes buying moments, and energized by achieving ambitious sales goals. You lead by example on the sales floor, remain calm in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in developing others.
Ideal candidates bring:
• 10+ years of luxury jewelry retail experience, including bridal leadership experience is a must!
• Strong consultative selling skills and comfort with custom jewelry design coordination
• A proven ability to coach teams and drive results
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• A service mindset aligned with the Reis-Nichols brand and values
Why Reis-Nichols

If you are ready to lead a team, grow a business, and play a meaningful role in life’s most joyful celebrations, we would love to meet you.
Apply today and help create unforgettable bridal experiences.
*Competitive base salary plus additional incentive programs!
