Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain operations, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 13 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or a related field (including third-party logistics (3PL) supplier management, warehouse/fulfillment, automation, and MRP, WMS, or TMS systems), driving transformations, cost reduction, inventory optimization, and working capital improvements.
  • 10 years of experience managing and developing managers.
  • Experience managing supply chain activities (including planning, procurement, production, logistics, and distribution) within manufacturing, 3PL, omnichannel, regulated industries like pharma/biotech.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree, MBA, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with or active as a Toyota Production System (TPS) practitioner, lean leader, 5S or Gemba advocate, as well as digital tools, AI, advanced analytics and shop floor automation.
  • Experience leading Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Integrated Business Planning (IBP), or Demand and Operations Planning (D&OP) management.
  • Experience scaling operations and managing third-party logistics (3PL) labor across multiple sites.
  • Proven track record in removing waste from and improving the velocity of material, information and people flow, as well as Safety and Compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Service Level Objective (SLO) achievement, safety adherence, and project/program delivery.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive forward/reverse logistics strategy that aligns with the organization's long-term goals.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings, Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) reduction, and capacity optimization through innovative logistics solutions.
  • Evaluate the current organizational effectiveness of the Logistic team and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and execute a talent development program to enhance the skills and capabilities of team members.
