Status: Full-time / 100% on-site
Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 annually
Position Summary: The Experiential Production Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of Kith's retail installations, pop-ups, brand activations, and experiential projects. Reporting to and working under the direction of the Experiential Production & Design Manager, this hands-on, behind-the-scenes role supports the systems, structure, and logistics required to keep complex projects moving forward, while coordinating vendors, budgets, schedules, production logistics, and on-site execution from planning through install, strike, and recap to deliver physical experiences on time, on budget, and to Kith's standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and execution of retail installations, pop-ups, brand activations, and experiential projects from initial planning through installation, strike, and recap.
  • Coordinate installations on-site from load-in through strike, coordinating vendors, crews, schedules, and production details throughout execution while helping resolve logistical and operational challenges.
  • Coordinate production logistics including freight, crating, deliveries, storage, permitting, site access, certificates of insurance, and installation scheduling.
  • Conduct site surveys and work from floor plans, elevations, and shop drawings, translating site conditions into installation requirements, production logistics, and project planning.
  • Coordinate vendor sourcing, bidding, and onboarding efforts under the Manager's direction, gathering estimates, coordinating RFQs and bid comparisons, and managing vendor documentation including COIs, NDAs, W-9s, and vendor agreements.
  • Maintain and track production and fabrication budgets, estimates, invoices, payments, and reconciliation, proactively flagging budget risks, discrepancies, and cost considerations to the Manager and Finance.
  • Build and maintain project trackers, workback schedules, run-of-show documents, installation schedules, timelines, and production documentation across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Coordinate strike, asset storage, material removal, project recaps, photography, and post-project documentation.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on production experience supporting retail installations, brand activations, or experiential builds from planning through on-site execution.
  • Hands-on experience supporting and coordinating physical installations or activations through load-in, live execution, strike, and wrap on-site, including coordinating vendors and crews during the build.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of custom fabrication, materials, substrates, finishes, and scenic/build processes, with the ability to coordinate effectively with fabrication and production partners.
  • Proven ability to conduct site surveys and read and interpret floor plans, elevations, and shop drawings, and translate them into on-site logistics.
  • Direct experience coordinating production logistics for physical builds, including freight, crating, deliveries, storage, installation schedules, permitting, site access, and certificates of insurance.
  • Experience building and managing production and fabrication budgets in a vendor-heavy environment, including estimates, RFQs, vendor bids, invoice tracking, and budget reconciliation.
  • Direct experience sourcing, coordinating, and onboarding vendors and fabricators, including production documentation such as COIs, NDAs, and vendor agreements.
  • Experience building and maintaining project trackers, workback schedules, installation schedules, run-of-show documents, and production documentation across multiple concurrent projects.
  • The flexibility to work fully on-site at Kith HQ in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, with availability for nights, weekends, overnights, and out-of-market travel as required by project schedules and business needs.

NICE TO HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
  • Existing relationships with production vendors, fabricators, and experiential partners.
  • Familiarity with Bluebeam or similar markup software.
  • Experience working in Figma.
