Job description

Lead Data Entry Clerk

Our client, a leading agricultural cooperative company, is seeking a Lead Data Entry Clerk to support their Patron Equities team on a short-term contract basis. This onsite role is based in Inver Grove Heights, MN, and requires a highly organized, detail-focused individual to assist with membership and patronage application processing. Contract Duration: Short-term project (duration to be confirmed) Schedule: Onsite, 5 days per week Location: Inver Grove Heights, MN Travel: No travel required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with onboarding customers to cooperative members through intake of Membership and Patronage Applications
  • Assess applications for patronage eligibility and enter relevant data into SAP
  • Draft and send written communication to applicants or business units when applications are incomplete, incorrect, or require additional information
  • Support Patron Equities staff with various ad hoc projects as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • Basic to intermediate Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • High level of accountability and reliability
  • Ability to work onsite 5 days per week for the duration of the assignment
