Marina Distributing is looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our brand and products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our digital platforms, and generate leads that support business growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your digital expertise in a thriving distribution company that values innovation and collaboration.

The Role Own digital for Uchie: our Shopify storefronts, paid ads, email/SMS, SEO, and marketplace presence (Amazon, Walmart). You'll be the growth engine behind our DTC and e-commerce business.

Location: Los Angeles, CA (hybrid) | Type: Full-time Salary: $65,000–$80,000/year, based on experience

Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including email, social media, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising.
  • Manage and optimize our Shopify stores: merchandising, landing pages, CRO, site content
  • Plan and run paid campaigns (Google, Meta where compliant, programmatic) and manage agency/freelancer partners
  • Own email & SMS marketing in Klaviyo: flows, campaigns, segmentation, list growth
  • Drive SEO strategy and content for our product categories
  • Manage Amazon and Walmart Marketplace listings, content, and ads
  • Report weekly on ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, and revenue by channel
  • Manage the company’s online presence, including website content updates and social media engagement.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Oversee the digital marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and vendors when applicable.
  • Lead and mentor junior marketing team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required.
  • 3+ years in digital/e-commerce marketing, ideally for a CPG, beverage, or supplement brand
  • Hands-on Shopify, Amazon, and Klaviyo experience required
  • Strong analytical chops — you live in GA4, Search Console, and ad dashboards
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing digital marketing budgets and teams.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
  • Scrappy operator mentality - you execute, not just stragegize
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
