We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Assistant to support our fast-growing e-commerce business across both Amazon and Shopify platforms. This role bridges sales operations, customer service, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

You will work closely with the Amazon manager and Shopify Store Manager, warehouse/logistics teams, and customer support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional customer experience.

E-Commerce Operations

  • Support daily e-commerce sales operations across Amazon.
  • Manage channel pricing to maintain accurate and competitive product pricing.
  • Update and maintain PSI price lists to ensure accurate internal pricing information.
  • Support sales activities, including promotions, coupons, and promotional calendar management.
  • Create and monitor promotional codes and coupons to support sales initiatives.
  • Maintain and update Amazon product listings, including titles, bullet points, A+ Content, gallery images, and other product content, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Monitor product listings and identify issues that may impact sales or customer experience.
  • Initiate new SKU setup and monitor progress through completion.
  • Communicate with Amazon Chat Support and create support cases to resolve product listing issues.
  • Assist with responding to Amazon Andon emails and coordinate follow-up actions as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve product, listing, pricing, and inventory issues.

Inventory & Reporting Support

  • Upload inventory reports to the CRM to maintain accurate inventory data.
  • Consolidate inventory data and prepare reports for internal tracking and review.

Sales Support

  • Assist the sales team with day-to-day e-commerce operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support daily e-commerce and sales operations.
  • Provide general sales and e-commerce support as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or e-commerce operations.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or Shopify platforms is a strong plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills; detail-oriented and efficient.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Able to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required.
