About the Role
Galtsand is looking for a highly organized detail oriented Shopify Associate to support both our retail Shopify POS system and our ecommerce Shopify store This role plays a critical part in keeping product listings collections and seasonal campaigns accurate clean and aligned across in store and online experiences You will work directly from our Wellington retail location to coordinate with merchandising and product teams ensuring what customers see in store is reflected online
Key Responsibilities
Shopify Product and Data Management
Upload and manage new product listings for seasonal launches
Sync and maintain accuracy between retail Shopify POS and ecommerce Shopify
Upload organize and maintain product images
Manage product details including tags variants pricing and inventory alignment
Collections and Merchandising
Create and manage collections for new seasons and campaigns
Merchandise collections to reflect in store styling and ecommerce strategy
Update homepage collections and featured products for seasonal campaigns
Maintain consistency between physical merchandising and online presentation
Quality Control and Site Organization
Perform QC checks across homepage navigation collections and product pages
Identify and fix broken links missing images or incorrect product assignments
Maintain overall Shopify organization and structure
Cross Team Coordination
Work closely with retail staff to understand in store merchandising and seasonal flow
Coordinate with ecommerce and creative teams to implement updates accurately
Act as the organizational bridge between retail and online Shopify systems
Requirements
Hands on experience with Shopify required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience creating and managing collections in Shopify
Comfortable handling repetitive accuracy driven tasks
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Must be able to work on site in Wellington FL
Clear communication and follow through
Nice to Have
