Job Summary:

We are seeking a customer-obsessed, analytical, and results-driven Digital Product Owner to join our Digital Commerce team. This role is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering digital capabilities that enhance the online shopping experience, improve conversion, and drive revenue growth.

Working closely with UX, Engineering, Merchandising, Marketing, Analytics, and Business stakeholders, the Digital Product Owner will own a portfolio of digital products and features across our ecommerce ecosystem. This individual will translate business strategy into actionable product roadmaps, prioritize development efforts, and ensure every enhancement delivers measurable customer and business value.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of experience in Digital Product Management or Product Ownership within a retail or consumer-facing ecommerce environment and possesses a strong understanding of agile methodologies, customer experience optimization, and digital commerce best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product backlog for assigned digital commerce capabilities.
  • Maintain a digital product roadmap.
  • Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with UX, Engineering, QA, Merchandising, Marketing, and Analytics.
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning.
  • Analyze customer behavior, analytics, and A/B testing results.
  • Improve browsing, search, navigation, cart, checkout, and account experiences.
  • Monitor KPIs and product performance.
  • Customer journey and process mapping
  • Support personalization, promotions, and customer engagement.
  • Evaluate new technologies and digital capabilities.
  • Communicate roadmap progress to stakeholders.
  • Ensure accessibility, compliance, and quality.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of Product Owner, Product Manager, or Digital Product Management experience.
  • 1-2 year project management experience
  • 3+ years supporting ecommerce or retail digital experiences.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong ecommerce and customer journey knowledge.
  • Solid understanding of AI concepts, models and tools
  • Experience writing user stories and managing product backlogs.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce, Shopify Plus, SAP Commerce, or similar.
  • In-depth understanding of search platforms (Lucid, SOLR, Cimulate, etc.)
  • Understanding of order to cash processes
  • Experience with Figma, Miro, Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence.
  • Experience with GA4, Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare, or Hotjar.
  • Experience supporting A/B testing and experimentation.
  • Understanding of SEO, site search, personalization, and omnichannel retail.
