Job description

We’re looking for a highly skilled Shopify Web Developer who can move fast, think strategically, and execute without constant oversight. This role sits at the intersection of development, design, marketing, and performance—ideal for someone who understands how to build and optimize web experiences that drive conversions, improve user experience, and support rapid campaign execution.

Location: Clearwater, FL (In-Office)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

What You’ll Do
  • Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify storefronts and landing pages
  • Build high-converting landing pages, advertorials, and listicle-style pages
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to launch and optimize campaigns
  • Implement UX/UI improvements across the website to improve conversion rates and user experience
  • Troubleshoot and resolve frontend and backend Shopify issues
  • Customize Shopify themes and work within Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and app integrations
  • Optimize website speed, performance, and responsiveness across devices
  • Improve SEO performance through technical and on-page optimizations
  • Work quickly and efficiently while maintaining clean, scalable, high-quality code
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience developing and managing Shopify stores (frontend + backend)
  • Strong understanding of Shopify theme architecture and Liquid templating
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web development
  • Experience building:
    • Landing pages
    • Advertorials
    • Listicle-style content
    • Conversion-focused ecommerce experiences
  • Familiarity with UX/UI best practices and CRO (conversion rate optimization)
  • Solid understanding of SEO and website performance optimization
  • Ability to execute quickly (ideal: landing pages completed within 48 hours)
