Responsibilities:
• You'll own the delivery of the airline’s technical ecosystem, ensuring reliable rollout of initiatives spanning capabilities that cover Commercial, Operations, and Enterprise systems.
• Key systems you’ll oversee include: Passenger Service System (PSS), Flight operations and dispatch, Crew scheduling and rostering, Maintenance & Engineering (MRO), Revenue accounting and ticketing integrations, Loyalty, Customer Web and Mobile apps, Staff apps.
• You’ll act as the primary IT partner the airline’s business functions, ensuring systems comply with aviation regulatory requirements (FAA, EASA, ICAO).
• You’ll also lead vendor implementation and optimization of airline platforms and manage integrations between operational systems and ERP/Finance.
• Building systems for real-time operational resilience and effective incident response will be critical, as will supporting fleet expansion, route growth, and operational scaling.
