Job description

Inventory Control Specialist - Retail Stores
(On-Site / Full time position)
Reports to:
The Inventory Control Manager under supervision of Director of Risk Management
Location: River Ridge, 800 Patrol Road, ste 300, Jeffersonville, IN
Job Overview:
The Inventory Control Specialist I will review and ensure compliance with Inventory Control procedures across the stores in assigned region. This person will work with Market Leadership (MP and MSD) to conduct physical inventories, cycle counts, and monitor Reflexis to ensure inventory accuracy. Will work to resolve any questions or issues that arise within assigned region.
Duties include:
  • Investigate and resolve Reflexis tickets ensuring compliance with procedure
  • Upload store inventories and perform reconciliations
    • Including scheduling barcode import.
    • Completing Reflexis Projects for upcoming inventories.
    • Complete and submit reconciliation within two business days of physical count
  • Monitor, investigate and resolve Save-the-Sale rejections for regions (Barcodes, Damages, Not in Stock)
  • Initiate and follow up communications (phone and email) with the store management/directors related to discrepancies
  • Responsible for maintaining the cadence for the scheduling of all store inventories.
  • Other duties assigned

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in Inventory Control audit and Inventory reconciliations
  • Knowledgeable in Excel, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Proven ability to self-motivate and motivate project team members to achieve team goals.
