Our client, a manufacturing organization committed to quality and efficiency, is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Lead to join their team. As a Shipping & Receiving Lead, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the warehouse and logistics functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Lead

Location: Neenah, WI

Pay: $25.00

What's the Job?

  • Direct overall shipping and receiving operations to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient flow of products.
  • Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
  • Verify the quality and count of incoming materials, components, and equipment deliveries.
  • Coordinate with production, customer service, and management to communicate shipment status and resolve issues.
  • Develop and implement inventory control policies, conduct physical inventories, and reconcile discrepancies to improve accuracy and efficiency.

What's Needed?

  • High School diploma or equivalent; advanced education preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in manufacturing, with at least 2 years in shipping/receiving roles.
  • Proficiency in operating forklifts and material handling equipment (valid certification preferred).
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience with ERP systems and MS Office applications.
