Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanners, and forklift operation certifications are often required. Effective communication, reliability, and problem-solving abilities are key soft skills that enhance performance. These skills ensure accurate, efficient handling of goods and seamless coordination within the supply chain.
