Job description

Material Handler

Holman has a great opportunity for a Material Handler to join our team in Loxley, AL!

Starting pay: $21 per hour

Shift: 8:30am-5pm

Benefits include health, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, paid time off and more!

Eligible for benefits within 30 days of employment

What will you do?

  • Properly position bar coding on all incoming parts and equipment.
  • Allocate required parts to job/work orders and complete requisitions for parts shortages.
  • Fulfill work orders via Pick sheets and pallet stacking
  • Receive packing slips and verify quantities for parts against purchase orders.
  • Responsible for the shipment of parts to customers.
  • Collect and properly package inventory and purchased items needing shipment.
  • Accurately audit picked orders to prepare for shipment.
  • Safely load outbound shipments.
  • Must comply with the company's safety policies and clean initiative standards.
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

  • Pallet Jack/Forklift Experience
  • Experience with wireless inventory system is desired.
  • Experience with UPS or FedEx shipments is desired.
