Job description

We are looking for a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support our new upcoming repack and fulfillment facility near South Bend, IN. The Clerk will support daily operations by ensuring all inbound and outbound materials are processed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with production needs. This role is essential to maintaining inventory integrity, customer satisfaction, and smooth material flow throughout the facility. 

Initial operations will typically run one day shift, Monday through Friday, but may change based on customer needs and program growth.  

Key Skills & Competencies 

1. Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Accuracy 

Critical Skills: attention to detail, documentation accuracy, inventory control, workflow consistency, Microsoft Office, scanner use, basic math, English literacy, reliability 

Responsibilities: 

  • Receive all inbound products and accurately enter them into corresponding systems. 

  • Verify incoming materials and related paperwork for correctness. 

  • Label all inbound stock according to company standards. 

  • Create accurate and clear shipping documentation for all outbound shipments. 

  • Perform regular physical walks of inventory to ensure availability and alignment with system records. 

  • Review key screens daily to ensure materials are accessible for production needs. 

  • Complete all shipping and receiving tasks with accuracy and urgency. 

2. Operational Support & Continuous Improvement
