Auditor (Cycle Counter) – Indianapolis

What You’ll Do: 
You’ll be the go-to for keeping our inventory accurate, organized, and ready to move. From cycle counts to reconciling variances, you’ll make sure what’s on the shelves matches what’s on the books. You’ll track down discrepancies, dig into root causes, and help keep products flowing smoothly through the supply chain. Accuracy here isn’t just numbers on a spreadsheet - it’s how we meet customer expectations and keep operations running strong.
 In This Role You’ll:
  • Spend most of your shift on the warehouse floor in multi-temp environments
  • Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory audits
  • Enter and validate data in inventory systems: track, review, and report inventory variances
  • Safely operate material handling equipment: electric forklift and stand-up rider pallet jacks
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Use systems and tools to track and reconcile inventory
  • Communicate inventory concerns clearly and promptly to leadership
  • Maintain productivity and accuracy standards according to engineered work standards
 
What You’ll Bring:
  • Have used the Electric Pallet Jack within the last 6 months
  • Experience in inventory control, warehousing, or a related role
  • Solid math and data entry skills, along with strong organization and problem-solving
  • Strong attention to detail and a sense of ownership
  • Confidence using Excel or other inventory tracking tools
  • Comfort lifting up to 75+ pounds and working in chilled, dry, or frozen zones (-5 to 38 degrees)
 
The Schedule & Setting: 
  • Full-time |4 day week schedule -start time at 10PM -6:30AM
  • Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Temperature-controlled warehouse setting
