Shift: 1st Shift (8:30am–5:00pm)
Pay: $17.00/hour+

Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We’re seeking a Shipping Clerk to join our team in Garrett, IN. In this role, you’ll be a vital part of our operations, helping ensure the accurate, compliant, and timely shipment of plant-based enzyme products used across healthcare, food service, industrial, agriculture, and consumer markets.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Shipping Clerk, your core responsibilities will include:
  • Order Fulfillment & Packaging: Accurately pick, pack, label, and ship finished goods while ensuring customer specifications and required documentation are met.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, stock, and manage inventory while performing cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
  • Logistics Coordination: Schedule carrier pickups (FedEx, UPS, etc.), track shipments, and resolve shipping discrepancies to ensure on-time delivery.
In addition, you will also be expected to use shipping and ERP systems to generate labels and packing slips, maintain organized shipping documentation, and support safety and quality compliance.

What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs repetitively and up to 100lbs+ on occasion

  • Accuracy & Attention to Detail: Ensures correct counts, lot numbers, labeling, and documentation.
