Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Shipping & Receiving Clerk opportunities in South Bend, IN. Responsibilities for an Shipping & Receiving Clerk include but are not limited to:

  • Fulfillment & Shipping Management: Manage daily order fulfillment, sample shipments, and shipping operations from the HQ office, including coordinating directly with UPS representatives to ensure timely daily pickups.

  • Inventory & Supply Tracking: Maintain accurate inventory counts for samples, marketing materials, IT equipment, and packaging supplies, reordering materials as needed to prevent operational delays.

  • ERP Data Entry & System Operations: Enter and maintain shipment tracking data in the ERP system, update operational trackers, and monitor order status across customer portals and internal systems.

  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration & Support: Provide high-interactivity customer service across internal departments, assist in resolving shipping and fulfillment issues, and support the broader Operations team with daily tasks and special projects.

Candidates for Shipping & Receiving Clerk must meet the following requirements to be considered:

  • Experience: 2 or more years of operations, shipping, fulfillment, or office administrative experience.

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel) and comfort working with ERP systems, operational trackers, data, and reporting.

  • Core Competencies: Excellent organizational skills, strong written/verbal communication, high attention to detail, a professional disposition, and the ability to complete tasks independently with minimal supervision.
