En tant que Commis a la reception/expedition et au magasin, vous jouerez un role essentiel pour assurer le bon fonctionnement de nos activites logistiques et de gestion d'inventaire.   • Gerer les operations d'expedition et de reception :Traiter les envois via FedEx et d'autres transporteurs, completer les declarations de matieres dangereuses pour les transports routiers canadiens lorsque requis, accueillir les transporteurs et receptionner les marchandises, et entrer les receptions dans SAP

  • Effectuer les operations d'entrepot :Conduire des chariots elevateurs et transpalettes, organiser et entreposer les articles d'une facon ordonnee et de maniere qu'ils soient facilement accessibles, gerer les niveaux d'inventaire, et preparer les commandes et expeditions vers les autres sites

  • Coordonner la logistique :Organiser les transports entre sites en minimisant les deplacements, planifier les transports de maniere efficace, et distribuer les colis/courrier aux departements (non BPL ou TA/CA)

  • Maintenir le controle de l'inventaire :Enregistrer toutes les entrees/sorties du magasin dans SAP, verifier les dates d'expiration des produits et retirer ceux qui ne sont plus utilisables, prendre en charge le reapprovisionnement des inventaires, et utiliser les outils de gestion d'inventaire

  • Assurer la securite et la conformite :Suivre les formations obligatoires pour les envois de matieres dangereuses, maintenir un espace de travail propre et securitaire, manipuler les pieces lourdes avec des techniques appropriees, et suivre tous les protocoles de securite

  • Fournir un soutien administratif :Classer et archiver tous les documents lies a la reception/expedition, traiter les bons de commande (PO) dans SAP, preparer les commandes pour les clients, et aider occasionnellement l'equipe de l'entretien au besoin

  • Offrir un service client exceptionnel :Maintenir des normes de qualite de service elevees comme en temoignent les commentaires des clients et soutenir diverses occasions d'affaires menees par d'autres membres de l'equipe

Qualifications requises :

  • 3 a 5 ans d'experience pertinente en reception, expedition et entreposage

  • Bonnes connaissances en reception, expedition et entreposage

  • Certification valide d'operateur de chariot elevateur et experience demontree dans l'utilisation d'equipements de manutention (transpalette, chariot elevateur, etc.)

  • Maitrise du systeme SAP pour la gestion d'inventaire et le traitement des commandes

  • Bilinguisme francais et anglais (ecrit et parle)

  • Bonne condition physique pour la manutention de pieces lourdes et de materiaux en toute securite

  • Ponctuel, fiable et capable de maintenir une assiduite reguliere

Qualifications preferees :

  • Familiarite avec les systemes d'expedition FedEx et autres plateformes de transporteurs

Shipping & Receiving Clerk - JLL

What this job involves:

As a Shipping/Receiving & Store Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and inventory management activities. You will be responsible for handling all shipping and receiving operations, managing warehouse inventory, and maintaining accurate records in our SAP system. This position is essential to supporting our operational excellence and contributing to JLL's commitment to delivering exceptional client service. You will work collaboratively with various teams to ensure efficient material flow and support business expansion activities.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Manage shipping and receiving operations:Process shipments through FedEx and other carriers, complete dangerous goods declarations for Canadian road transport when required, receive goods from carriers, and enter receipts into SAP

  • Handle warehouse operations:Operate forklifts and pallet jacks, organize and store items in an orderly and accessible manner, manage inventory levels, and prepare orders for shipment to other sites

  • Coordinate logistics:Organize inter-site transportation while minimizing trips, plan efficient delivery routes, and distribute parcels/mail to departments (excluding BPL or TA/CA)

  • Maintain inventory control:Record all store entries and exits in SAP, monitor product expiration dates and remove expired items, manage inventory replenishment, and utilize inventory management tools

  • Ensure safety and compliance:Complete mandatory training for dangerous goods shipments, maintain a clean and safe workspace, handle heavy parts with proper techniques, and follow all safety protocols

  • Provide administrative support:File and archive all shipping/receiving documents, process purchase orders in SAP, prepare orders for clients, and assist the maintenance team occasionally as needed

  • Deliver exceptional customer service:Maintain high service quality standards as evidenced by client feedback and support various business opportunities led by other team members

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in shipping, receiving, and warehousing operations

  • Strong knowledge of reception, shipping, and storage practices

  • Valid forklift operator certification and demonstrated experience operating material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.)

  • Proficiency with SAP system for inventory management and order processing

  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English (written and spoken)

  • Good physical condition to handle heavy parts and materials safely

  • Punctual, reliable, and able to maintain regular attendance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with FedEx shipping systems and other carrier platforms

  • Experience with dangerous goods handling and transportation regulations for Canada

  • Knowledge of inventory management tools and best practices

  • Comfortable with computer technologies and learning new software systems
