Connect Staffing is hiring an experienced Shipping and Receiving Clerk for a beverage manufacturing facility in San Bernardino, CA. This is a temp-to-hire position paying $18.00/hr on a 2nd shift schedule, Monday-Friday with alternating Saturdays. In this role, you will receive and verify incoming shipments, prepare outgoing shipments with accurate documentation, and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations. This is a long-term placement with the potential to grow into a permanent position at an established facility.
Pay: $18.00/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 12:00pm-8:30pm; alternating Saturdays, 6:00am-2:30pm

Responsibilities
  • Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, quantity, and condition against purchase orders or packing slips.
  • Store incoming products and materials in designated warehouse locations.
  • Stock and restock inventory to maintain proper levels throughout the facility.
  • Complete and file shipping and receiving documentation for outgoing orders.
  • Keep receiving and storage areas clean, organized, and clearly labeled.

Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum 12 months of recent shipping and receiving experience.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a food or beverage manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.
  • Experience using a handheld scanner or RF gun for receiving and inventory tasks.
  • Knowledge of basic shipping carriers, freight terminology, and BOL (Bill of Lading) documentation.
  • Experience maintaining organized records and logs for inbound and outbound shipments.
