Brickworks Supply currently has an opening for a talented Dispatcher. The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating product shipments, preparing bill of lading documents and maintain shipping records.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Coordinate product shipments inbound and outbound by working with Customers, Sales, Vendors and Plant
  • Prepare bill of lading documents for outgoing shipments
  • Arrange for shipments by LTL and trucks as necessary
  • Calculate allowable weight to load on trucks and inspect outgoing loads
  • Prepare and maintain shipping records and reports
  • Assist customers and provide product, availability and other info as needed
  • Processing and revising orders and samples
  • Inventory Control
  • Communicate with Customers, Vendors and other Departments via email, CRM and phone

  • Experience with Salesforce ERP and CRM systems. (preferred)
  • Knowledge of masonry products and other building materials would be helpful
