Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Logistics Dispatcher with advanced Excel expertise to join our team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will coordinate shipments, schedule loads, allocate carriers, and ensure compliance with shipping requirements while leveraging strong data management and Excel skills to optimize dispatch operations.

As a Logistics Dispatcher, you will be responsible for scheduling and dispatching loads according to customer requests or business needs, managing carrier allocations and tendering processes, maintaining accurate shipping records, and reconciling production and shipping data. You will utilize dispatch software alongside Microsoft Office tools—especially Excel—for tracking, reporting, and analysis.
