Integrity Trade Services is IMMEDIATELY hiring for a Dispatcher at our client that is a worldwide distributor of Electrical products and is located in Buffalo Grove, ILAbout the role
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Dispatcher / Logistics Dispatcher to support a fast-paced, high-volume distribution operation. You'll route and track a local fleet/messengers, coordinate deliveries/pickups, and support daily shipping/warehouse activity while providing strong customer service.What you'll do
  • Build and optimize daily delivery/pickup routes for cost, efficiency, and service requirements
  • Dispatch drivers/messengers and monitor routes in real time, adjusting as needed
  • Create daily manifests; match paperwork/invoices and maintain dispatch logs
  • Communicate with customers, vendors, drivers, and internal teams (phone + email)
  • Identify opportunities to reduce logistics costs and improve route efficiency
  • Support warehouse shipping functions as needed (receiving, staging, picking/packing, loading/unloading)
  • Process UPS outbound shipments
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area and assist other departments when needed
What we're looking for
  • High school diploma/GED required (some college a plus)
  • 2+ years of dispatch/logistics/warehouse coordination experience preferred
  • Strong Chicago-area geographic knowledge and comfort with routing tools/software
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and time management
  • Strong communication skills (written + verbal) and customer service mindset
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Outlook/email, internet; shipping systems (UPS)
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and work at a desk for an 8-hour shift

An employee that works in Illinois is entitled to accrue and use up to 40 hours of paid leave during a 12 month period or a pro rata number of hours of paid leave under the provisions of the State of Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act. The 12 month accrual period is considered to begin for new employees on the employees first day of employment. An employee is entitled to begin using earned and accrued paid leave time 90 calendar days after commencement of employment. Paid leave under this Act shall accrue at the rate of one hour of paid leave for every 40 hours worked up to 40 hours of paid leave
  • 401(k) with company match for eligible employees.

Eligibility: Active employees with one year of work and during that one year has completed 1,000 hours of service and is at least 21 years of age. Entry dates into the 401(k) are: 1/1 or 7/1 following the one year of service and completing 1,000 hours of work.
The company will match 100% of the first 3% of the employee contribution. As well as, match 50% of the next 2% of the employee contribution. (The company contribution/match maximum is 4%)
