As a Shipping/Receiving Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting warehouse and logistics operations by ensuring the accurate receipt, inspection, storage, and shipment of materials and products. You will help maintain efficient material flow while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

In this role, you will work closely with operations, logistics, and warehouse teams to support customer requirements and business objectives through timely and accurate execution of shipping and receiving processes.

As aShipping/Receiving Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing shipping, receiving, inspection, and order fulfillment activities in accordance with established policies and procedures

  • Receiving incoming materials and verifying quantities, condition, and documentation accuracy

  • Preparing outbound shipments, packaging materials, and coordinating delivery requirements

  • Inspecting materials and products to ensure compliance with quality and inventory requirements

  • Completing order fulfillment activities accurately and on schedule

  • Maintaining inventory accuracy through proper handling, storage, and documentation of materials

  • Operating warehouse equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner

  • Supporting material movement activities across warehouse and production areas

  • Following all company safety procedures, work instructions, and operational guidelines

  • Maintaining accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records using company systems and software

  • Have a High School Diploma or equivalent education

  • Demonstrate the ability to perform basic arithmetic operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

  • Possess the ability to read and interpret instructions, safety procedures, and work documentation

  • Demonstrate effective written communication skills, including the ability to document information accurately

  • Have strong verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders

  • Be capable of working independently while maintaining compliance with work rules, quality standards, and safety requirements

  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, email systems, and shipping software

  • Ability to use scales, packing materials, ladders, hand tools, and other warehouse-related equipment

  • Knowledge of inventory control and material handling best practices

  • Experience working with courier systems and shipping documentation

The hourly pay scale for this position is between 19.02 - 25.36 - 31.69 USD.
