Immediate opening for a Shipping Clerk in Eagleville!
Shift: 11am to 8:00pm, Monday to Friday
Pay: $18/hr
-Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to ensure accurate, same-day order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for picking, packing, labeling, and processing shipments while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
-Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and ship orders with 100% accuracy
Generate shipping labels and process required documentation
Ship product literature and customer materials
Monitor inventory and reorder shipping supplies as needed
Restock materials and prepare shipping area daily
File paperwork and maintain organized records
Communicate product concerns to Customer Service and Supervisors
Collaborate with Sales, Accounting, Product Development, and Operations
Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
Represent the company professionally in all interactions
-Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ year of shipping/receiving experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work occasional nights and weekends
