full time night shift 7p to 7:30am night Shift Nursing Coordinator
Payrate: $60 per hour
Weekend: 4 shifts per schedule period (6 weeks)
Holiday requirements: One winter holiday and one summer holiday. A holiday shift includes the eve of the holiday and the day of the holiday

Responsibilities
The primary coordinator for managing daily patient throughput. Goal is to improve hospital thughput of ED admits, direct admits, surgical admits, increase inpatient bed utilization and reduce patient or bed turnaround delays. provides overall direction and coordination. communicates continuously throughout shift to ensure all hospital units and department align with plan. facilitate a centralized bed management process. Functions as the ground operational lead for activities and patient flow on the assigned shift. Communicating with leadership across departments.
Qualifications
Baccalaureate degree in nursing from an accredited School of Nursing.
ACLS, BLS: Required
Certification: CCRN CNL preferred
