Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients' unique challenges and strengths, incorporating evidence-based practices to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities as appropriate to determine effective interventions tailored to client needs.
• Regularly document clinical interactions and maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards, demonstrating accountability and professionalism in practice.
• Engage collaboratively with fellow mental health professionals through case consultations and peer review meetings, working together to refine treatment strategies and enhance the quality of care.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available resources, empowering them to take an active role in the recovery process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele is diverse, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds with a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will play a key role in fostering a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to share their experiences and work towards their personal goals.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution, highlighting your academic foundation in mental health.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington, demonstrating your capability and professionalism.
• A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical or mental health setting, showcasing your direct experience in providing therapeutic care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to establish meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients, fostering trust and encouraging openness.

Preferred Experience
