This Physical Therapist role is based in Aberdeen, Washington, a welcoming coastal community situated along the scenic Chehalis River and just inland from the Pacific Ocean. Aberdeen offers convenient access to nearby ocean beaches, lush forests, and rivers, making it ideal for those who enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, kayaking, fishing, and beachcombing. The town has a friendly, close-knit feel with local restaurants, coffee shops, and small businesses, as well as easy day-trip access to larger urban amenities in Olympia and the broader Puget Sound region. The surrounding area features beautiful coastal drives, parks, and nature trails that provide a relaxing lifestyle outside of work. The clinic is an outpatient rehabilitation setting focused on delivering patient-centered, evidence-based physical therapy care. Patients typically present with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, including post-surgical cases, sports injuries, work-related injuries, spine disorders, and general functional limitations. You will work within a collaborative team of rehabilitation professionals dedicated to high-quality care, clear treatment plans, and strong communication. A typical day includes performing thorough initial evaluations, creating individualized plans of care, providing ongoing treatment sessions, reassessing progress, and documenting all services in the electronic medical record. You will utilize a combination of manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training to help patients reach their goals. Caseloads are designed to support a balance between productivity and the ability to give each patient focused attention.
