Registered Nurse (RN) – Ambulatory Surgery Center
Day Shift | No Weekends | No Call

Monterey Bay Endoscopy Center, LLC is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our busy outpatient endoscopy center in Monterey, CA.

This is an excellent opportunity for an RN looking for predictable weekday hours while working in a fast-paced, procedural environment.

Position Details
  • Full-time, day shift
  • Monday–Friday, hours vary between 6:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • No weekends, no call, no major holidays
  • Outpatient ambulatory surgery center

    The RN will provide care to adult and geriatric patients undergoing colonoscopy and upper GI endoscopy procedures. Responsibilities include pre-op assessment and education, IV starts, assisting physicians during procedures, specimen handling, post-procedure monitoring, and patient discharge teaching.

    You’ll work closely with physicians, anesthesia providers, RNs, and endoscopy technicians in a well-organized facility with four procedure rooms and six admit/recovery bays.

    Qualifications
    • Active, unrestricted California RN license
    • BLS (AHA) required at hire
    • ACLS required within one month of hire
    • Strong IV skills preferred
    • Procedural or conscious sedation experience preferred
    • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and be on your feet most of the day
    • Spanish-speaking preferred but not required
