Job Description

Senior SharePoint Business Analyst with technical expertise in SharePoint site design, administration, and configuration as well as hands-on experience with SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint 2013 migration.

successful candidate will be an integral part of an existing SCC 6-person SharePoint project team responsible for the enterprise-wide migration from SharePoint 2010 Foundation to SharePoint 2013 Enterprise on-premises edition. This position will work closely with a wide range of SCC division representatives, from directors to individual contributors, to guide them through content migration preparation and execution activities. The successful candidate must be proficient at documenting, testing, and evaluating the newly introduced SharePoint 2013 functions and applications and have demonstrated experience in analysis and implementation on a large SharePoint migration project. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership experience and the ability to thrive in a highly collaborative and fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities include:

- Work with divisions to complete migration preparation and execution activities

- Capture business requirements and create SharePoint 2013 site mockups

- Implement short-term content optimization recommendations while driving toward enterprise-level process standardization and efficiency

- Respond to problems and propose solutions for adjustments promptly and efficiently

- Willingness to pitch in to help complete project tasks
