Job description

Dynamis is seeking an experienced Program Manager (PM) with a background in school safety and security to provide program management and operational support for the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency's (CISA) School Safety Task Force (SSTF).  CISA's Infrastructure Security Division (ISD) established the School Safety Task Force to support the Federal government's efforts to strengthen the safety and security of kindergarten through grade 12 (K-12) schools across the country. The PM will provide oversight of a cross-functional team performing research, product development, product management, training development and delivery, analytical support, stakeholder community communication and outreach, conference and engagement support, strategic partnership expertise, emerging threat awareness and mitigation activities and cyber-physical convergence expertise to addresses the dynamic threat environment facing the K-12 school safety and security community. The PM will provide management, direction, quality assurance, and leadership for execution of all services and deliverables under this contract. Work will be performed at Dynamis HQ in Falls Church, VA and CISA in Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide program management, leadership, and oversight of a team of school safety and security subject matter experts (SMEs), analysis, and support staff performing research, product development, training, analysis, stakeholder outreach and engagement, emerging threat awareness and mitigation activities, and cyber-physical convergence expertise to addresses the dynamic threat environment facing the K-12 school safety and security community.
  • Serve as the primary interface for Dynamis with the CISA client, ensuring superior service, delivery excellence, and deliverables quality in support of all programmatic requirements.
  • Oversee client delivery services, including understanding client requirements, maintaining client relations, and managing delivery quality and performance.
  • Manage financial and other business metrics necessary to effectively execute the contract, such as cost controls, monthly reporting, and subcontractor management.
  • Manage critical business tasks, including maintaining and reporting cost controls, project controls, and plans; recruiting, staffing, and personnel management; and other corporate administrative requirements as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for organic growth on the contract.

Requirements:

  •  U.S. citizenship
  • Ability to obtain and maintain CISA suitability clearance
  • 10 years of program/project management experience
  • 5 years of experience working in the education sector, with K-12 school safety and security experience 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products, to include familiarity with SharePoint
