Job description

TIAG is now hiring a skilled SharePoint/PowerApps Developer to join our team in Arlington, VA.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing SharePoint and PowerApps solutions, as well as a strong understanding of Agile Development methodologies and requirements gathering. 

This role will be required to come onsite 5 days per week in Arlington, VA.  This position requires a Secret clearance to be obtained, so US or Naturalized Citizenship is a requirement. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and maintains SharePoint and PowerApps solutions
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
  • Designs and implements solutions that meet business needs
  • Ensures solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable
  • Participates in Agile Development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Provides technical guidance and support to team members
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • 5+ years of related experience including:
    •  Experience Proficient in designing and developing custom PowerApps applications (canvas apps, model-driven apps, portals).
    • Skilled in creating SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, and workflows using Power Automate.
    • Experience integrating PowerApps and SharePoint with Microsoft Dataverse, SQL databases, APIs, and other Microsoft 365 tools.
    • Expertise in automating workflows for approvals, notifications, and task assignments using Power Automate.
    • Ability to manage data connections, implement validation rules, and ensure real-time synchronization across systems.
    • Skilled in customizing SharePoint sites and PowerApps applications to align with organizational branding.
    • Ability to work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver mission-critical solutions.
    • Conduct training sessions to ensure stakeholders are proficient in using PowerApps and SharePoint tools.
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for tools, capabilities, and training materials.
    • Integrate PowerApps and SharePoint with Power BI for dashboards and reports to measure impact.
    • Ensure development efforts align with NRE organizational goals and mission objectives.
  • IAT Level II certification (Security + or equivalent) and  SharePoint or PowerApp computing environment certification
