Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and data-driven Technical Program Coordination Analyst to provide program leadership for technical recognition, professional development projects, and global technical summits. This role acts as a central hub, aligning technical engagements with broader corporate skill teams, including Tech Strategy and Product Development.

The ideal candidate bridges the gap between operational excellence and technical enablement—utilizing tools like SharePoint, Power BI, and Power Automate to streamline complex global workflows, track program KPIs, and deliver seamless corporate learning events and technical award programs.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Event Management

  • Database Management: Maintain global technical specialist databases to streamline community updates, event registrations, and communications.

Data Analytics & Digital Automation

  • KPI Tracking: Create and maintain custom dashboards (Power BI, Qlik Sense, Jira) to track program health, milestones, and participation metrics, delivering real-time visibility to leadership.
  • Process Automation: Design and deploy automated workflows using Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, and Power Apps to optimize registration pipelines, post-event surveys, and global communications.
  • SharePoint Architecture: Advanced capability to design, structure, and maintain internal SharePoint sites as centralized hubs for up-to-date program resources and secure document storage.
  • Executive Reporting: Analyze post-engagement feedback and performance data to generate executive summaries and high-quality presentations that clearly convey strategic impact.

Required Technical Skills & Experience
