Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint / Power Platform Specialist to support a U.S. Army program at Fort Lee, Virginia. This role provides hands-on technical support for SharePoint, Microsoft 365 collaboration, workflow automation, reporting, permissions, content management, and continuous improvement. The supported environment includes legacy SharePoint capabilities transitioning toward Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online, making experience understanding and modernizing legacy forms and workflows especially valuable.

Key Responsibilities

· Administer, maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot SharePoint sites, pages, lists, libraries, permissions, content, links, and related capabilities

· Analyze existing SharePoint and Microsoft 365 business processes and recommend practical improvements

· Design, configure, and support workflow automation and digital business processes

· Support Microsoft Teams integration and collaboration capabilities

· Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data-visualization products

· Evaluate and modernize legacy SharePoint forms, workflows, and related solutions when required

· Translate Government business requirements into effective SharePoint / Microsoft 365 solutions

· Support solution testing, implementation, documentation, sustainment, and user support

· Coordinate directly with Government customers and multidisciplinary contractor personnel

· Respond to changing priorities, troubleshooting needs, and time-sensitive requirements

Minimum Qualifications

Experience / Technical Qualifications

· Strong hands-on SharePoint administration, configuration, development, or solution-design experience

· Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online

· Experience with SharePoint permissions, site architecture, lists, libraries, content management, and workflow automation

· Experience with Power BI and Microsoft Teams

· Strong Microsoft Office skills

· High-level written and oral communication skills; fluent English

· Ability to work onsite at Fort Lee and satisfy installation-access requirements

Preferred Qualifications

· Power Automate and Power Apps experience

· Experience migrating legacy SharePoint workflows or forms to modern Microsoft 365 solutions

· Experience with SharePoint Designer and InfoPath sufficient to understand and modernize legacy solutions

· Experience supporting SharePoint Server 2013/2016 or hybrid SharePoint environments

· Army / DoD Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or knowledge-management experience

· Custom SharePoint development, integration, or workflow-development experience

· Experience supporting senior military or Government customers
