Position: Software Developer, Applications (SharePoint, Power Apps) Location: Norfolk, 100% on-site Clearance: Top Secret (with SCI eligibility) The Software Developer, Applications (SharePoint, Power Apps) shall work to provide development and maintenance of command applications, workflows, and dashboards. They will be responsible to: a. Administer SharePoint environments, including user permissions, security, and governance. b. Configure and manage SharePoint sites, document management systems, and collaboration solutions. c. Design and implementation of Power Automate workflows to streamline processes and integrate with external data sources like SQL, SharePoint, or third-party APIs. d. Regular system maintenance and updates to ensure the stability, security, and availability of SharePoint and Power Apps solutions. Qualifications: Minimum of seven (7) years of experience as a SharePoint Developer or Power Apps Developer, of which at least three (3) years must be specialized experience in developing and administering SharePoint solutions and Power Apps applications. KSAs include: · Expertise in developing and deploying SharePoint solutions, including custom web parts, workflows, lists, libraries, content types, and site collection management in both SharePoint Online and On-Premises. · Knowledge of SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, and Power Automate for workflow automation. · Proven experience in creating custom Power Apps solutions, including both Canvas and Model-driven apps. · Experience in connecting Power Apps to various data sources, leveraging Common Data Service (CDS), and implementing business rules within apps. · Proficiency in utilizing the SharePoint Framework (SPFx) to create client-side solutions. · Knowledge and practical use of modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) in conjunction with SharePoint and Power Apps. · Strong command of REST APIs, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery for developing custom SharePoint web parts and Power Apps integrations. · Experience in troubleshooting issues within SharePoint environments and Power Apps solutions, including performance optimization, error diagnosis, and resolution. Education: Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline (such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering) OR Level II Certification (Security+ or better) AND seven (7) years of relevant experience. Certifications: · Active Security + CE or higher · Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer, or similar certifications are highly desirable
