CORE-CSI is a small business headquartered in Sterling, VA. We provide trusted and results-oriented expertise to the Intelligence Community, the Department of Defense, and other Federal and Commercial customers across the US.
We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer / Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SharePoint development, particularly with migration from on-premises solutions to SharePoint Online. You will play a key role in modernizing our SharePoint environment, migrating and rewriting Nintex forms and workflows to Power Apps and Power Automate, and leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance our content management and knowledge management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Migration Expertise: Lead the migration of on-premises SharePoint solutions to SharePoint Online, ensuring data integrity and seamless user experience.
Nintex Migration: Re-write and migrate Nintex forms and workflows to Power Apps and Power Automate, implementing best practices for efficiency and functionality.
Development: Utilize SPFx, REST APIs, and modern development frameworks (jQuery, React, Angular) to create and enhance SharePoint applications.
Content and Knowledge Management: Design and implement effective content and knowledge management solutions, optimizing for both classic and modern SharePoint views.
Application Development: Develop both canvas and model-driven applications that meet business requirements and enhance user engagement.
Mentorship and Communication: Mentor junior team members and effectively communicate technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Legacy and Current Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge and experience in both SharePoint legacy versions and current platforms to guide best practices and inform migration strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in SharePoint development and architecture.
Proven experience with migration from on-premises SharePoint to SharePoint Online.
Strong background in Nintex forms and workflows, with experience in Power Apps and Power Automate.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SPFx, REST, and content management systems.
Experience with jQuery, React, Angular, and other development frameworks.
Familiarity with SharePoint classic and modern views.
Knowledge of canvas and model-driven app development.
In-depth knowledge of SharePoint legacy versions (e.g., SharePoint 2010, 2013) as well as current versions (e.g., SharePoint Online).
Clearance Required:
Active TS/SC clearance is required; experience with the Department of Defense or government projects is highly favorable.
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and engage with all levels of the organization.
