xScion is seeking an Azure/SharePoint Lead Developer to support the design, development, integration, automation, and production support of enterprise Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, SharePoint SE, Dynamics 365, Power Pages, and Azure-based solutions. This contract will serve as a technical lead and subject matter expert, working closely with internal teams, system administrators, and third-party developers to deliver scalable integrations, middleware, retention and archival capabilities, migration support, and operational improvements across the client's hybrid Microsoft technology environment.
As a SharePoint Lead, You Will:
  • Integrate third party systems with SharePoint using SharePoint and Graph REST APIs
  • Provide subject matter expertise to third party system developers in using above APIs as well as authorizing using Azure AD OAuth 2.0
  • Develop middleware using C# hosted in Azure using scalable integration patterns like the Service Bus triggered Functions
  • Create, test, implement, and support applications that use Dynamics 365, Power pages and SharePoint
  • Take business requirements around data retention and archival policies and translate into Microsoft 365 retention policies that can be implemented as part of a managed process
  • Provide coaching and peer reviews for other developers working on related technologies
  • Provide subject matter expertise to system administrators in establishing test Microsoft 365 tenants
  • Provide production support to SharePoint SE and SPO environment.
  • Extensive experience writing large, enterprise grade PowerShell scripts to automate complex processes
  • Extensive Power Shell Scripting
  • Experience working on Azure Components
  • Functional Apps to support Migration

To Be Successful, You Need:
  • Permanent Residency or US Citizenship
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business IT Management or equivalent practical experience
  • Excellent effective oral and written communication
  • Independently lead projects with minimal supervision
  • Experience with development in an Agile / Scrum environment
  • Ability to understand Azure services and cloud architectures as they relate to troubleshooting and supporting a hybrid on-prem and cloud environment
