SharePoint Developer
We are seeking a motivated SharePoint Developer to support our IC customer. The SharePoint developer will support all activities required to design, develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint-based solutions across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will provide development and administration support for SharePoint platforms, delivering custom applications and user-focused solutions that enhance collaboration and mission effectiveness. In addition, the candidate will support troubleshooting and optimization efforts to ensure performance, usability, and reliability.
In this role, you will:

  • Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint-based applications and solutions.
  • Build and customize SharePoint sites, pages, workflows, and dashboards to meet mission requirements.
  • Develop custom solutions using SharePoint Designer, XSL/XSLT, and front-end technologies.
  • Integrate SharePoint with external systems and services using APIs and web services.
  • Manage and maintain SharePoint permissions, groups, and access controls.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint functionality, performance, and usability.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across different devices and screen sizes.
  • Document technical designs, frameworks, and application solutions.
  • Collaborate with government staff, contractors, and IT partners to deliver effective solutions.
  • Support full lifecycle development including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.


If you're suitable for this role, you have:

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph
  • Bachelor's Degree; FOUR (4) years of additional experience related to systems and/or SharePoint administration may be used in lieu of a degree
  • Minimum of two (2) years' experience building custom applications and development in SharePoint 2013 and 2016
  • Minimum of two (2) years' experience using SharePoint Designer and XSL/XSLT
  • Experience with one (1) or more front-end technologies, including AJAX, REST API, CAML, jQuery, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, or SP Services


Preferred Additional Skills and Qualifications

  • DoD 8570 IAT Level II compliant Certification, such as Security+ CE Certification
  • Experience using Notepad++ or Visual Studio
  • Experience using Font Awesome, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Experience managing permissions and SharePoint groups
  • Ability to test, troubleshoot, and resolve cross-browser compatibility issues and varying screen resolutions
  • Ability to document technical frameworks and application solutions
  • Ability to develop and customize solutions such as dynamic content updates, registration portals, and dashboards
  • Experience delivering full lifecycle SharePoint development (planning through deployment)
  • Knowledge of Bootstrap
  • Experience with SharePoint Online and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Experience documenting technical processes and troubleshooting steps
  • Knowledge of PowerShell or other scripting tools for automation
  • Ability to research, learn, and apply new technical solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience collaborating with Government staff, contractors, and external IT partners
