Position Description

We have an exciting full-time opportunity for an experienced SharePoint Developer supporting a highly secure, mission-critical environment at the U.S. Department of State. As a SharePoint Developer at Revolutional, you will design, develop, customize, and maintain enterprise SharePoint solutions that enable collaboration, document management, and business process automation across secure government environments.

This role requires a developer who can deliver scalable, user-focused solutions while operating within structured, security-conscious environments. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to the modernization and continuous improvement of mission-critical SharePoint platforms.

What You'll Do

As a Sharepoint Developer you will:

  • Design, develop, customize, and maintain enterprise SharePoint solutions.
  • Build and enhance SharePoint sites, pages, lists, libraries, workflows, and forms.
  • Develop custom SharePoint components using SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and modern web technologies.
  • Create and maintain Power Automate workflows and Power Apps to streamline business processes.
  • Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 services and other enterprise applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint application, configuration, and performance issues.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and follow established development and security best practices.
  • Support platform modernization efforts while ensuring solutions comply with organizational security and governance standards.

What You Bring (Requirements):

  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience developing, customizing, and supporting Microsoft SharePoint solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint integrations using REST APIs and/or Microsoft Graph.
  • Experience designing and developing SharePoint sites, workflows, forms, document management solutions, and security permissions.

What We Value (Nice to Have Differentiators)

  • Experience with SharePoint Server, SharePoint Online, or hybrid SharePoint environments.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 Government (GCC/GCC High) or other secure enterprise environments.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting and SharePoint administration.
  • Experience with Azure services, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Dataverse.
  • Experience implementing SharePoint governance, records management, or document lifecycle solutions.
  • Experience supporting federal government or other classified or highly regulated environments.
