Title: Power Platform/SharePoint Administrator and Developer
 

A Senior Power Platform/SharePoint Administrator and Developer who is highly proficient in independently maintaining, developing and delivering high-quality solutions and applications

 
Required Experience:
Five 8 years+ experience with M365 and Power Platform products administration, development and maintenance
Five 8 years+ experience in general software application administration, development and maintenance
SharePoint Online solutions
Microsoft 365 Power Platform development, including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Dataverse
Data modeling, database/Dataverse design, Web design, UX design
Work independently, in teams and with clients/customers to provide technical and functional knowledge and expertise
Lead role in migrating to M365 tenants
Lead role in problem-solving with ability to collaborate with customers and team members
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
 
Serves as a senior-level problem-solver for intricate, business-critical Power Platform and M365 solutions
Provides expertise in analyzing legacy/custom code, canvas/model-driven apps, complex flows, plugins, and integrations to implement effective fixes with minimal business disruption
Creates and maintains M365 and Power platform applications and solutions (Canvas and model-driven)
Provides Senior Expertise with Power Platform administration and SharePoint Online administration
Modernizes applications written in older technologies for new platforms based on requirements
Performs requirements analysis and writes professional, detailed technical documentation
Diagnoses and solves technical issues with existing applications
Provides clear verbal communication with clients, team members and customers on video, phone and in person
Captures clear, concise and accurate technical documentation
