Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Service Desk & Application, this position delivers to three technical support, administration, configuration, and maintenance for all assigned applications, databases, and servers. As the company's dedicated Microsoft 365 System Administrator, the role is heavily focused on the installation, troubleshooting, and optimization of various Microsoft cloud technologies while managing special technical projects.

Division/Program Overview:
In addition to core administration, this role will guide the organization in establishing enterprise-grade application development governance, SDLC standards, and modern cloud-based processes. The successful candidate will help mature the internal development ecosystem-incorporating version control, AI-assisted methodologies, and vendor coordination-to directly support the expansion of internally developed applications and automation solutions.
